We spent last weekend in a hodge-podge of events that proved to be our celebration . . . a night out at the House of Blues, New Orleans, a fantastic concert by Chase and Tommy Emmanuel . . .
followed by a supper gone awry on Friday night at a well-spoken of eatery in the same town.
A sweet Saturday morning together before he scooted off to see his convalescent father; and a delightful Sunday afternoon on the couch, enjoying one another's company.
There surely is no finer husband than mine, although I cannot attest to yours . . . so let's just simply say, to each his own, and Happy Anniversary Babie! Gotcha on my mind . . . :D
