The definition of abbreviated:
1. The status of Angi's sleep cycles, thanks to one young Keller-Man, who apparently could care less about any determination to revamp his nocturnal habits.
:sigh:
Please consider this an update.

What have you tried?? The lavender baby bath works wonderfully. Also, I haven't had a chance to write to you since I got my pc out of the shop....but I started epsom salt baths with Patrick. His sleep pattern is sooooo much better. He wasn't waking at night but was tossing and turning all night and now he sleeps peacefully and is able to have better focus during the day. I have tons of other advice or suggestions since my boy did not sleep through the night until he was 15 months. But I finally feel we have mastered our night night ritual too bad it's all about to change with the introduction of the toddler bed in a few weeks. Write me....I can totally feel your pain.
UGH! I hope Keller decides to sleep at night soon. We never experienced much misery over sleeplessness with any of the kids.
Now would not be a good time to mention the sleep struggles we're having with our *3yo* (after none with our older three), would it?
Elizabeth Pantley is your friend! You might try The No Cry Sleep Solution - changed.my.life!!
Hang in there! Tired is NO fun!
Oh Angi, I was wondering how that was going. Sorry the news isn't better. You poor thing.
Dixie ~ I'm SO excited to know of the improvements! I'll be dropping you an email line . . .
