**station identification**

The tabernacle was set up, and on that day, the cloud covered it. Then, from evening until morning, the cloud that covered the tabernacle appeared as a pillar of fire. This was the regular pattern: at night, the cloud turned to a pillar of fire. Numbers 9: 15-16

The rustling noise of the leaves was almost like words. The nightingale stopped singing as if to listen to it. Lucy felt that at any moment she would begin to understand what the trees were trying to say.
