Help!

I'm drowning in the mix of

• two teenagers (one of which has sustained a foot injury. happens to be the boy child. boychildren seem to need a . . .shall we say . . .different level of care than a girl child?);
• one [suddenly] emotionally flamboyant 16 month old baby;
• one twenty-two year old beauty that blesses my socks off, while she watches all the shenanigans alongside me;
  
  and

• twenty-nine things to accomplish on my To-Do List today.
